Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate for round-trip over 50 miles ($50 max)

2011-12 MPSF / Big West
Individual Games - $115 for each official with two assigned
Tournaments - $115 for each official with two assigned
(NORCAL and SOCAL)
MPSF mileage reimbursed at $0.50 per mile round-trip, zip code to zip code
Big West mileage reimbursed at $0.40 per mile round-trip, zip code to zip code

 

2011 SOUTHERN PACIFIC  USA WATER POLO GAMES
(Fees are now based on Referee Level, not on length of period)

Level I -
$19 for each official with two assigned
Level II - $24 for each official with two assigned
Level III - $29 for each official with two assigned
Level IV - $39 for each official with two assigned
Level V - $49 for each official with two assigned

For each game assigned in addition to the referee fees, there will be a $3 assignment/admin fee.

19U and Younger Age Groups

4 Minute Quarters - $22*
($21 net) for each official with two assigned
5 Minute Quarters - $26* ($25 net) for each official with two assigned
6 Minute Quarters - $30* ($29 net) for each official with two assigned
7 Minute Quarters - $34* ($33 net) for each official with two assigned
8 Minute Quarters - $38* ($37 net) for each official with two assigned

20U and Over Age Groups
5 Minute Quarters - $34* ($33 net) for each official with two assigned
6 Minute Quarters - $38* ($37 net) for each official with two assigned
7 Minute Quarters - $42* ($41 net) for each official with two assigned
8 Minute Quarters - $46* ($45 net) for each official with two assigned


Note:  FOR USWP TOURNAMENTS AND LEAGUES IN THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC ZONE

1) Notify the zone chair of your event.

2) Sanction your event with USA Water Polo. (Note: if your event is open to all clubs, please supply the completed event sanction form to the zone chair and the zone will pay the sanction fee. If your event is an invitational, then you must send the form and sanction fee directly to USA Water Polo yourself.) This information is also available at www.sopacwp.com.

3) You must MAIL HARD COPY of your schedule at least 7 days before the event begins to:

4) You must also EMAIL ELECTRONIC COPY TO: spz-schedules@scafwp.org
at least 7 days before the event begins.

 All assignments are now being done on Arbiter, and referee fees will be paid via RefPay.  At the conclusion of the event, the tournament host will be issued an invoice for the total amount, and will only need to send in one check.  For budgetary purposes, it is recommended to estimate a total referee cost of $65 per game (this includes assignment/admin fees)

FOR USWP TOURNAMENTS AND LEAGUES IN THE COASTAL CALIFORNIA ZONE

1) Notify the zone chair of your event.

2)
Sanction your event with USA Water Polo. (Note: if your event is open to all clubs, please supply the completed event sanction form to the zone chair and the zone will pay the sanction fee. If your event is an invitational, then you must send the form and sanction fee directly to USA Water Polo yourself.) This information is also available at www.ccwaterpolo.com.



3) You must MAIL HARD COPY of your schedule, along with a $2 per game assignment fee (which is taken out of the referee fees in advance*) at least 7 days before the event begins, made payable to SCAF WATER POLO  to:

4) You must also EMAIL ELECTRONIC COPY TO: cca-schedules@scafwp.org
at least 7 days before the event begins.

You will be able to check the www.scafwp.org web site under the ASSIGNMENTS link to verify that your event has been assigned officials, at least 1-2 days before your event begins.
 

Note: In the event of there being only one referee instead of two, then compensate the single referee with 1.5 times the fees listed above, unless otherwise specified...
***For CIF-SS, the single referee fee is roughly 1.2 times the 2 referee fee (rounded-up); see above...
