INCIDENT REPORTING PROCEDURES

Written Incident Reports are required in any case when players, coaches or other participants are removed from the pool or surrounding areas because of misbehavior, unsportsmanlike conduct, fighting, brutality, etc.

Reporting differs slightly, depending on the level of play but generally requires a phone call ASAP so subsequent-game penalties can be properly assessed. Written reports follow, so all incidents are properly recorded. Your failure to comply could result in loss of future assignments.
